Meet the Instructor and Course Creator

Julie Eickhoff

Hi, I'm Julie. I've been working from home doing voice overs since 2011. In that time, I've narrated and produced well over 120 audiobooks and am an Audible Approved Producer.

Through the years, I've work on a variety of projects including eLearning training modules, web videos, movie theater ads, radio ads, television ads, telephone surveys, corporate videos and have worked with a variety of advertising agencies, production houses and project managers. My voice has been used by Samsung, Best Western, GE, ING, Prentice Hall, Pearson Learning, Nextiva and Goodwill of the Great Plains.  

My background includes a long list of varied careers...including broadcasting, teaching and real estate. 

I love the creativity, the flexibility and autonomy I have working from home. In fact, so many people asked me through the years to help them also become a voice artist, that one day I decided to create a course so that lots of people could learn how to do this. I got use my teaching experience, my on-camera experience and learned lots of new skills in order to bring this course to you.

I love hearing from my students. Nothing makes my day better than the email titled "I got hired!" Knowing that I'm helping other people realize their dream, is the best feeling ever.

 I'm happy that our paths have crossed!
